We've been with this company for over a year and have been very happy with them! They are reliable, professional, and consistently do a great job. Communication is excellent! They are always responsive, easy to reach, and keep us informed when needed. One thing we really appreciate is their dependability. They always show up as scheduled and have never canceled on us! The quality of their work is also very good. I'm quite particular about cleaning, and they consistently meet my expectations. On top of that, everyone we've interacted with has been kind, courteous, and easy to work with. Honestly, we struggled for some time in finding the right cleaner. With previous cleaners, we had issues with quality, consistency, etc. With Lara, we have the same cleaner every visit, on the same day. We had Laramaids come out to do a general cleaning of our house and was extremely satisfied! The one cleaner that came did a better job cleaning than the company we used previously who would send a team. I definitely plan on continuing to use Laramaids!
