By using laramaids.com, requesting a quote or booking a service with Lara Maids, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or our services.
Quotes and bookings
Service descriptions and prices on this website are general information, not a binding offer. The scope and price of your service are confirmed in the quote we send you and when you book. Quotes are based on the information you provide; if the home differs from what was described, we will talk to you before changing the scope or price.
Service policies
Visits are also covered by our Customer Guidelines, which explain arrival windows, home access, rescheduling and cancellations, pets, supplies, payment and our satisfaction guarantee. By booking, you agree to those guidelines.
Payment
Payment is due as stated on your quote or invoice. Recurring clients may be asked to keep a payment method on file. Unpaid balances may pause future bookings.
Damage and claims
Our team works carefully. If something is damaged during a visit, let us know within 24 hours with a description and photos so we can review it and make it right. We are not responsible for items that were already damaged, not properly secured, or for normal wear and tear.
Text messages
If you give us your mobile number, you agree to receive texts about your quote, appointments and service updates. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
Use of the website
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, republish or sell its content, interfere with how it works, or use it for anything unlawful. Photos, text, logos and design on this website belong to Lara Maids or are used with permission.
Reviews and feedback
If you share a review, photo or comment with us, you allow Lara Maids to display it on our website and marketing, without personal contact details. Links to third-party sites such as Google, Facebook or Instagram are provided for convenience and are covered by those sites’ own terms.
